• CHURCHES: Our national State of the Plate 5 years of research shows that churches are at a critical tipping point financially.  The majority of people in most congregations are NOT faithful and generous givers (note: in many churches, 50% of those attending only give 1% of the budget).  More than ever before, churches that want to thrive into the future (regardless of what happens to the economy), must develop an intentional 1-3 year plan to grow givers and giving through life-changing transformational generosity.  Our generosity mentoring will include leadership training, a 24-hour on-site visit, 65-point generosity best practices assessment, and customized action plans on how you can increase giving 10-20% OR MORE in 12-24-36 months.  Cost: One-time fee and travel expenses.  Email Brian Kluth for more details and availability.

• DENOMINATIONS: Our research shows that very few denominations are actively and effectively equipping their pastors and church leaders with cutting-edge generosity training and proven Biblically-based generosity resources (print AND digital).  Without this needed help many of their churches are struggling financially and in turn the denomination is facing greater challenges.  The goal of this mentoring will be to properly understand the denominational structures and channels, review what has been done, is currently being done, and then to provide recommendations of best practices, resources, and training (live or online) that could be offered in the future.   Mentoring will be done with a primary leader and 2 or 3 other key leaders/staff in the denomination.  Our generosity mentoring will include leadership training, a 24-hour on-site visit, 65-point generosity best practices assessment, and customized action plans on how you can help churches increase giving 10-20% OR MORE in 12-24-36 months.  Cost: One-time fee and travel expenses.  Email Brian Kluth for more details and availability.  Longer term mentoring/coaching relationships are available upon request.

• MINISTRIES/MISSIONS/SCHOOLS: Mentoring will be for the CEO and a small group of key leaders and staff (3 or 4) that want grow givers and giving through Biblical generosity messaging, increased effective in their partner relationships, and a growing number of "God is our Provider" experiences.  Our generosity mentoring will include leadership training, a 24-hour on-site visit, generosity best practices assessment, and customized action plans on how to increase giving 10-20% or more in 12-24-36 months.  Cost: One-time fee and travel expenses.  Email Brian Kluth for more details and availability. 

• GENEROUS CHRISTIANS:  Mentoring will be for high capacity givers (couples, an individual, a business owner/CEO, or a family) that have a God-given desire to truly excel in the grace and joy of generous giving.  The mentoring relationship will be designed to help increase joyful living and giving according to God-given desires and generosity interests.  There will be an important emphasis on leveraging giving for the maximum impact while maintaining a compassionate heart for the glory of God and the good of others.  This can be a one-time full day visit together or a longer term relationship can be developed, if desired.  If appropriate, Brian's wife, Mary Ellen, may participate in this mentoring relationship.  Email Brian Kluth for more details and availability.
